The contact form asks for your name and email address and a message. Phone number and event interest are optional. You may include other details in your message. We use these details to respond to your inquiry and provide requested information.
Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated submissions and may use cookies or similar browser signals. The Events Schedule page embeds an Elfsight Event Calendar. Loading or interacting with the calendar allows Elfsight and its service providers to receive technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, and may involve cookies or similar technologies. Calendar content is provided through the existing Elfsight widget configuration. The site also links to social media services; those services receive information if you choose to follow a link. We do not install separate analytics or advertising trackers.
When you submit a contact form, the information you enter is sent through Ledge Top Technologies LLC’s shared Cloudflare Worker form relay. Ledge Top Technologies operates this relay as our service provider. Cloudflare Turnstile helps screen submissions for automated abuse, and Gmail SMTP is used to deliver the inquiry to our business email. The relay and these providers process information to verify, route, deliver, and support the form submission.
We share form information with the service providers needed to secure and deliver your request, including Cloudflare and Google, and with Ledge Top Technologies LLC as the operator of the shared form relay. Where a page loads a third-party widget, font, video, or library, the applicable provider may receive technical data as described above. We do not sell your personal information.
Inquiry emails and related business records are retained as needed to respond, follow up, and maintain ordinary business records or meet legal obligations. You may contact us to request deletion; some records may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal purposes.
We use HTTPS to protect information in transit, and Turnstile helps reduce automated spam. No website or method of electronic transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
